10 pm is when the city will have water.  Drinking water will be a couple of days, at best.

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen along with the Fire and Police Chiefs, the Sheriff, the Public Works Director and the Manager of the Water Plant and several other city and county officials gathered to announce the water will be back on today.

We will be on a boil water notice for at least two days after that.
