On May 25, the Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman graduated 100 inmates.

The Mississippi Department of Corrections announced on social media that 100 inmates were able to earn their high school diploma or equivalency.

Others were able to complete training in carpentry, culinary arts, auto body, auto mechanics, diesel mechanics, electronics, horticulture, HVAC, industrial electrical, and welding, according to MDOC.
