14-year-old shot to death Monday night has been identified
The Vicksburg Police Department is investigating an overnight homicide that occurred at nine minutes before midnight, Monday, Sept. 7, 2020, in the 1200 block of Bowmar Avenue.
Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey has identified the deceased as Keiylan Cessna, 14, of Vicksburg.
Cessna was part of a group walking along the street when he was shot.
