15-year-old allegedly fires shots at McComb swimming pool

McComb authorities are investigating a terrifying incident that occurred at the Parklane Apartments on Sunday when a 15-year-old allegedly opened fire at a swimming pool where children were playing. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the incident has left the community shaken.

According to a report by WLBT, The McComb Police Department was dispatched to the scene after receiving a distressing call regarding shots fired at the swimming pool and recreational area. The suspect was identified as Wilton Williams III.

Williams allegedly discharged 15 rounds towards the pool area. A witness stated that the shots were aimed at rival gang members. Bullet fragments were found in the pool, confirming that the shots were indeed fired.
