$210,000 bond set for Martin on drive-by charges

Reginald Martin Jr., 17, made his initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Thursday, March 4 on a series of charges stemming from a drive-by shooting last weekend.

Judge Angela Carpenter set his bond at $210,000 and he was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.

Martin was arrested Wednesday on charges of aggravated assault, drive-by shooting, and receiving stolen property in connection to the Feb. 26 shooting that occurred in the 1800 block of Court Street.  The victim of the shooting was a 16-year-old male, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his back and legs.
