7th Annual Back to School Drive/Celebrity Basketball Game

The seventh annual Back to School Drive/Celebrity Basketball Game will be held on July 30 at Vicksburg High School.

Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. where celebrities Malcolm Butler, Famous Amos, Terrell Green, Mohead Mike and Jay Jones will all make an appearance. Music will be provided by the River City DJS. The free event will feature attendees from Jackson State University, Alcorn State University, Belhaven University, Alabama A&M.

Vicksburg native Jeremi Meekins and Kenneth Green will be throwing the event. Food trucks will also be on sight as vendors are welcome to contact Meekins.

Sponsors for the event includes Waring Oil, Ballys Casino, Home Depot and the Warren County Board of Supervisors.
