A Mississippi teacher has died

The Newton County School District shared the unfortunate news on Monday that one of their teachers, Krissi Harris Munn, had passed away.

Munn was a teacher at Newton County Elementary school, and she passed away on Sunday due to natural causes. In honor of her memory, the district announced that they would be closed on Wednesday.
