A accident involving an 18-wheeler and a large Penske truck on Wednesday afternoon will significantly impact westbound traffic on Interstate 20 Wednesday.
There were no injuries in the accident, however, transmission fluid spilled as a result of the wreck must be cleaned up, and that process is likely to continue to impact traffic until around 4 p.m.
At the time of this writing, traffic is backed up from the accident at the 11 mile marker all the way to Flowers.
Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies are on the scene and MDOT is en route to the location.
