Adelyn Lyons: VDN female fourth grade Player of the Week

Adelyn Lyons led the Flashes to victory over the Crush Monday night, leading her team in points.

Lyons, who is a fourth grader at St. Francis Xavier Elementary, scored 10 points for the Flashes in the third and fourth-grade league as the Flashes won 31-9.

Lyons only played two quarters of the game and she still managed to put impressive numbers on the board to help her team secure the win.

The Flashes consist of third and fourth graders from Vicksburg Catholic Schools.

The Flashes will be back in action next Monday, Jan. 27, against the Shockers.
