After forfeiting the 2020 season due to COVID-19, ASU is now fully prepared to compete for the SWAC title once again just as they did in 2019.

Head Coach Fred McNair has been overseeing team since taking over in 2016 and led the Braves during their team scrimmage over the weekend. Although ASU didn’t play any games last year, they have still been eligible to practice and have stayed healthy enough to remain the top team in the SWAC.

Over the past eight seasons, the Braves have really made a name for themselves by bringing in four SWAC Championships and ASU will strive to return full-force, proving that they are the team to beat in the SWAC.

As the Braves prepare to travel on Saturday for NCC, VDN will provide live score updates.
