Alcorn’s Felix Harper waived by the Cleveland Browns

Former Alcorn State University quarterback Felix Harper has been waived by the Cleveland Browns.

Since the Browns waived Harper, they cannot take him back, but he is free to sign with another team within the next 24 hours or he will become an unrestricted free agent.

Harper recently finished his last season with Alcorn he was the starting quarterback that threw 20 touchdowns in 2021.
