Ammons named as MVP in the Atlanta Police Athletic League Basketball Championship Game
Vicksburg native Mychal Ammons helped the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office to the Atlanta Police Athletic League Basketball Championship over the weekend.
Ammons, who is a deputy in Fulton County, was named as the MVP of the big game.
Ammons is a former Vicksburg High star who led the Gators to a state championship appearance in 2011 under former head coach Dellie Robinson. He went on to play at the University of South Alabama and a few years overseas.
