Anderson denied bond again in the killng of his grandmother

Hunter Anderson, who shot his grandmother Sept. 25, had his second bond appearance Thursday after his grandmother, Evelyn Tudor Davenport, 71, died Wednesday night.
With her death, the charges against Anderson were increased from attempted murder to murder.
Anderson has been in jail since the shooting. His first application for bail was denied because he was on probation for a 2016 burglary.
He appeared in Warren County Judge Marcie Southerland’s courtroom Thursday, and she also denied bail.
