Annual Domestic Violence Conference to take place virtually on Saturday

The annual Domestic Violence Conference will take place this Saturday in a virtual fashion. The theme for this year’s conference is “You Are Not Alone”.

Judge Angela Carpenter announced the annual Domestic Violence Conference information over social media on Tuesday. The event will feature a dynamic group of speakers to deliver information on topics such as:

• Domestic violence 101
• How will I know: Top ten signs of an abuser
• Starting all over again: Tips on financial rebuilding
• Victim to Victorious: A survivor’s story

Other topics will also be discussed during the event.

The live stream will be broadcast at 11 a.m. on Saturday over Facebook and YouTube.
