What do you do when your uncles and grandpa are football legends?

You up your game and out perform them. The newest Manning sensation is Arch Manning, grandson of family patriarch and football deity Archie Manning.

Arch Manning not only plays varsity football as a freshman in high school, but he is also the starting quarterback for Newman High School in New Orleans, LA. To top that off he is now the MaxPrep Freshman Player of the Year. His athleticism on the playing field and his numbers earned him that title.

Manning stands at 6-foot-2 and has thrown for 2,407 yard and 34 touchdowns this past season.

Manning has two well known uncles Peyton and Eli Manning who have both won Super Bowls in the NFL. Both Peyton and Eli attended Newman High School but they played on the junior varsity in ninth grade unlike Arch who starts on varsity as a freshman.

Manning’s biggest game this year is when he threw 5 touchdowns and rushed for another one in a 48-21 win against Riverside High School. His uncle Peyton was in attendance at that game.
