At around 8:25 p.m. Vicksburg Warren E-911 dispatched units to the Shell station at 1795 Highway 27 in reference to an armed robbery.
The suspect is described as a white male. Further details on his description are being gathered by responding officers.
He brandished a firearm during the course of the robbery and reportedly left the scene in a U-Haul type van with $19.95 on the side of the vehicle.

[UPDATE 8:45 p.m.] The suspect in the robbery has been taken into custody by Investigator Samuel Winchester and multiple deputies near Hinds Community College.
