Attempted armed robbery at Vicksburg Family Dollar store

Officers with the Vicksburg Police Department are investigating an attempted armed robbery at the Family Dollar store at 1305 Mission 66 near Clay Street.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20s, wearing a black hoodie and ball cap.

One store employee was injured in the attempted robbery.
