Auto burglary suspect held on $25,000 bond; auto theft reported
On Nov. 8, Kenardo Young, 43, of Jackson, appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court charged with one count of auto burglary. The charge stemmed from a theft that occurred at the Super 8 Motel, 4127 Interstate 20 Frontage Road, in January 2018.
Judge Alan Derivaux ordered Young held on a $25,000 bond, and he was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
On Nov. 7, officers of the Vicksburg Police Department responded to the Circle K convenience store at 4150 Washington St. in reference to an auto theft. The complainant reported that someone took his 2018 Dodge Journey.
