Bail set at $30,000 for a Vicksburg man charged on multiple felonies

Deputies were looking for a young runaway when they spotted a vehicle on Indiana Avenue and South Frontage Road. Everyone was detained, and the vehicles were searched, revealing an ounce of marijuana along with packaging materials and scales. Additionally, about 10 dosage units of ecstasy and a loaded pistol were discovered.

Howard was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of MDMA with the intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm after a felony conviction. Judge Randy Lewis set his bond at $30,000.

Howard has also been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
