Bally’s Vicksburg has sent a donation of 100 cases of clean water to help some of the most vulnerable cope with the water crisis in the capital city.
Jackson’s 150,000 citizens have struggled with unsafe water since water treatment pumps failed two weeks ago. Simple tasks like brushing your teeth have become a challenge.
“Thank you to Shawn Jackson, Owner of TrainSpree, for assisting us with this donation,” Bally’s said in a statement. Jackson also represents District 3 on the Warren County Board of Supervisors.
The 100 cases from Bally’s Vicksburg will be delivered to nursing homes and the Boys & Girls Club of Jackson.See a typo? Report it here.
