BankPlus Customers Wake Up to Zero Balance Due to Glitch
Due to a glitch to the online banking system of BankPlus, customers were surprised to see zero balances and were understandably concerned.
People went to social media this morning to report screenshots of zero balances related to an email reportedly sent last night by the bank.
The BankPlus website displayed a message stating “Online Banking Balances Currently Unavailable. We are Currently experiencing technical issues with Online Banking. We are working to resolve the issue.”
Update: By 11:00 a.m. Sunday, BankPlus had resolved the issue.
