A strong line of thunderstorms that have produced tornadoes is coming our way. It should hit the Vicksburg area in the next couple of hours. A Tornado Warning is in effect for: NORTHWESTERN HOLMES…SOUTHWESTERN LEFLORE AND NORTHEASTERN HUMPHREYS COUNTIES…

During the last storm we had dozens of accidents on the roadway and several felled trees.

Be aware of your surroundings and be prepared to take shelter immediately if need be.

Do not cross water on roadways. Most people who die in a flood die by crossing water on roads.
