Board of Supervisors recognizes Amanda Battle for 25 years of service in Tax Collector’s Office

On Monday the Warren County Board of Supervisors recognized Amanda Battle for 25 years of service with the county Tax Collector’s Office.

Board President Kelle Barfield bestowed Battle with a certificate for her achievement stating, “We hereby present this, acknowledging 25 years of dedicated service.”

Barfield further commented on the unsung heroes of the county for doing such necessary, if not always fully appreciated, work.

“That office is like so many in Warren County; folks just truly don’t know what all goes into it every day,” said Barfield.
