Bracey named Player of the Game of JPS Invitational as WC took down Forest Hill

Warren Central High girl’s basketball team played in the Jackson Public School Invitational on Monday where they took down Forest Hill 62-39.

Alaila Bracey was named the Player of the Game after she put up 13 points in the win.

The Lady Vikes took control of the game early as they led 28-11 at halftime.

Ta’Mya Sims contributed with five assists as she put up 11 points on the day along with Zy’Kerri Segrest who also scored 11 and grabbed 11 rebounds.

WC is now 6-3 on the year and will face Vicksburg High on December 4.
