Breakfast with Santa draws hundreds to the Vicksburg Convention Center – photos

The Vicksburg Convention Center hosted its annual Breakfast with Santa yesterday morning, and hundreds of folks showed up to pack the house.

This is the 18th time the breakfast was held, and this year as with every year, food was provided by McDonald’s and proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House, a home designated for families of children receiving medical care in the Jackson metro area. A number of businesses donated toys and time, including Walmart and Home Depot.

Last year, the breakfast attracted 740 participants. This year’s event may have surpassed that goal.
