WAPT reports that the alert was issued about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday after one person was shot in the leg at Dalton and Cleary streets, university spokesman L.A. Warren said. The individual shot is not a JSU student.
The suspected shooter is in a black Honda Accord with license number MAC 0214, Warren said.
This is a developing story. We will provide additional information as we get it.
