Bulldogs are one win away from first national championship in MSU history

Mississippi State University baseball team showed out in Omaha on Tuesday by taking a 13-2 win over Vanderbilt and forcing a game 3 in the College World Series.

The Bulldogs had a big third inning where they were able to score four runs and control the game.

Scotty Dubrule led the Bulldogs with four RBIs, which heavily contributed to the win, while the team as a whole racked up a total of 14 hits.

Preston Johnson and Houston Harding were both on the mound for MSU and they combined for a total of 11 strikeouts.

The final match to determine who will be the National Champions will be held tonight at 6 p.m. and it will be broadcast on ESPN2.
