Caffe Paradiso passes the torch to a new generation

Caffe Paradiso has served the local community for the last five years. Owners Julie and Kevin Ford have decided to pass the business down to their eldest daughter, Kayla Tankelsy.

“I am really excited,” said Tankelsy. “It was a lot of hard work, working seven days a week, open to close, there’s a lot that goes into it.”

“Being an entrepreneur is not easy. Kayla has proven herself. She’s worked very hard,” stated Julie Ford. “I have complete confidence in her and I think she’s going to take this place places that we never could.”

Tankelsy knows the challenges that await her, but is upbeat and ready to take on the entrepreneur role.

“I am really excited to see where it goes and keep growing,” said Tankelsy.
