Capital murder suspect found hanging in his cell
Brandon Flowers, 32, jailed since 2019 for capital murder in Jackson was found hanging in his cell.
The incident was reported shortly after 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has taken over the case.
