Chris Green won the team MVP award for the VHS baseball team

Vicksburg High School baseball player Chris Green earned the team MVP Award earlier this month.

Green, who had a .383 batting average, three doubles and 19 stolen bases in 2023, received the award at the school’s athletics banquet.

Green recently helped VHS to their second straight district championship as a junior under head coach Antonio Calvin.
