Claiborne County School District to hold online-only classes for two weeks
Students in the Claiborne County School District are returning from the holidays to online-only classes.
In a social media post, the district said it “is taking action to prevent the spread of COVID-19,” by offering online instruction only from Jan. 6 to Jan. 18.

Claiborne County is one of only four counties in the state not under a governor’s mask mandate. The others are Issaquena, Sharkey and Tunica.
