Cooper and Cantin helped their travel softball team to a championship over the weekend

Two local softball players helped their travel team win the Southern Classic Championship in Livingston, LA over the weekend.
Natalie Cantin went 6 for 10 at bat while racking up six RBIs with a .800 batting average.
Kyleigh Cooper went 7 for 10 with three walks and had a .889 batting average. She also struck out eight batters and pitched in two games.
Both athletes play for the Magnolia Mayhem which is based out of Wesson, Mississippi under coaches Jennifer and Michael Blue.
Cantin plays softball for Porter’s Chapel Academy and Cooper plays for St. Aloysius.
