Courthouse car fire was arson – again

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) – Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace has reported to the Vicksburg Daily News that at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, David Morgan, 40, of Rolling Fork was arrested and charged with 3rd degree arson.

Warren County Investigator Sam Winchester and Kayla Riggs linked Morgan to the vehicle fire in front of the Courthouse on Tuesday.

Morgan was already out on bond relating from a previous arson charge which involved a camper at 4111 Washington Street last June.

He is currently being held in Warren County jail awaiting appearance before a judge.
