Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is being sued because his three dogs allegedly attacked a woman.

TMZ reported that the lawsuit was filed by a pool cleaner who claimed she was attacked by Elliot’s dogs while working at his home March 11.

According to the suit, the woman was first attacked by his Rottweiler then two Bulldogs joined and bit her arms and legs. She is also claiming she required surgery two weeks later because of the damage to her forearm caused by the Rottweiler.

The suit is asking for at least $200,000 in damages.

Elliot’s attorney, Frank Salzano, said Elliot did nothing wrong.

“Ezekiel was in no way negligent in connection with the alleged incident and intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit,” Salzano told TMZ.

Earlier this month, Elliot was diagnosed with COVID-19. He has recovered and is eager to get back to working out.
