Crime Report

The following residential burglaries were reported on March 1, 2011: At 11:12 am in the 100 block of John Allen the following items were reported stolen a 50 ” plasma TV valued at $1,000.00, a LG Blue Ray DVD player valued at $125.00, a 15″ Toshiba TV valued at $ $300.00, $200.00 in change/coins and 11 rings valued at $500.00 were taken. VPD officers searched the area after a witness stated that they saw 2 black males carrying items into the woods behind the residence and recovered all the items except the rings. At 2:47 pm in the 100 block of Elizabeth Circle the following items were reported stolen a X BOX 360 valued at $300.00 and a Jensen 22 caliber pistol valued at $150.00. At 7:57 pm in the 4000 block of Halls Ferry Road the following items were reported stolen 19″ Sanyo TV valued at $300.00, A 22″ Vizio TV valued at $300.00 and a bottle of Ed Hardy perfume valued at $80.00. ]]]]> ]]>
