Curtis makes 11 tackles in VHS victory Thursday

Tommy Curtis III had a standout performance for Vicksburg High School Thursday as he helped the Gators defeat South Pike in a 23-22 victory.

Curtis had 11 tackles in the game, and he helped the team come back from a potential 22-0 shutout before the Gators got back on track.

After suffering from injuries last season, Curtis is back stronger than ever and is leading VHS in the right direction for success. He is currently leading the team in tackles with 39 in four games under head coach Todd McDaniel.
