Warren County Emergency Director John Elfer states that wind speeds were likely between 70 mph – 80 mph.

The high wind speeds attribute to the 50+ trees, power lines and damage being reported. Multiple roads are blocked throughout the area, leaving very dangerous conditions on the roadways.

Elfer is asking residents to use caution and not take any risks on the roadways: “If you don’t have to travel this evening, please stay home.”

So far, four homes have been reported to have suffered damage, likely more. However, no injuries have been reported as of yet.
