Former Warren Central High basketball player Da’Sha McGloster recently finished playing for Mississippi Valley State University where she was an impact player.

McGloster averaged eight points per game this year as she quickly was starting to become one of MVSU’s go to players.

Before the season ended in March, McGloster had some outstanding performances including against Prairie View where she scored 17 points. She also scored 16 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff and 14 against Alcorn to finish as some of her best performances of the season.

While McGloster showed impressive performances on the offensive side of the game, she also managed to rack up multiple steals and blocks throughout the entire season for MVSU where she put her skills to work.

Before joining MVSU, McGloster was starring at Northeast Mississippi Community College. She is a 2018 graduate of WC where she was a great athlete for the Lady Vikings.

McGloster will have another season to shine for MVSU next season and Vicksburg Daily will keep everyone updated on her success.
