E-911 is remaining vigilant

E-911 is remaining vigilant as the storms begin to move into our area.
Emergency authorities expect the bulk of the weather to hit around 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Extra staff have been called in for day and night shifts, and there are plenty of personnel ready to take any calls and respond to situations as they develop.
Emergency 911 Director Shane Garrard wants the public to not be afraid of calling in if something is seen in public. Don’t assume something has already been called in. The staff is ready and on standby.
