Early morning crash injured three individuals

Three people were injured in an early Sunday morning wreck on Freetown Road.

At approximately 4:06 a.m.,Vicksburg/Warren County E -911 dispatched Culkin Fire Department to the 1000 block of Freetown Rd.

Jeff Riggs, spokesman for the Warren County Fire Service, reported that E 205 responded to a two-vehicle accident. Firefighters Brody Cook and Jeff Riggs assisted Vicksburg Fire Rescue along with three Fire Medic Units with patient care. Three occupants were transported to Merit Health River Region as the result of striking a tree.

The accident is currently being investigated by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
