Eight city employees recognized for 73 combined years of service

This Monday at the Board of Mayor and Alderman meeting, the Board recognized eight employees of the city of Vicksburg for 73 combined years of dedication.
Felicia Kent was honored for two years of service in Administration, Jeffrey Fisher for four years in Animal Control, and Patrick Daughtry for six years with the Recreation Department.
Martez Carroll was also honored for six years in Animal Control, and with eight years each of service, Anedra Jones of the Police Department and Victor Parson of the Water Department were also recognized.
With nine years of service at the Police Department, Danielle Williams was honored, and finally with thirty years of service in the Water Department, Virginia Hynum was honored as well.
All employees present were given certificates of recognition by Mayor George Flaggs Jr.
