Endangered/Missing Child Alert canceled for Jackson teenager

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered/Missing Child Alert for 13-year-old Francine Clincy of Jackson, Mississippi, in Hinds County.

Clincy is a black female, 4 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen Friday, Sept. 25, at about 2:15 p.m. in the 2400 block of Robinson Street in Hinds County wearing a maroon hoodie, white T-shirt and blue shorts.
