The Mississippi Department of Archives & History (MDAH) extends a warm invitation to a public gathering on Thursday, July 27, at 5 p.m. This meeting will offer an enlightening update on the ongoing column stabilization project at the historic Windsor Ruins, the storied site of the Daniell Plantation.
As part of the preparations for the site’s impending re-opening, the MDAH is spearheading fresh research aimed at broadening the narratives surrounding Windsor Ruins, which will be reflected in the interpretive signage and promotional materials.
This engaging forum is open to all and will be held at the Mississippi Cultural Crossroads, located at 507 Market Street, Port Gibson, Mississippi, 39150.
