Last year, after coming back from a hiatus due to Covid restrictions, the event sold out within 30 hours. A total of 22 locally-owned and operated restaurants provided food, give aways and good-natured people who weathered the Mississippi afternoon sun to help raise funds for the United Way.
Supper on the ‘Sip has become one of the highlights of the year for Vicksburg and allows visitors to wander the Old Mississippi River Bridge, taste dishes from nearby eateries and relish live performances at different points throughout the journey.
