Flames claimed a Warren County home on Monday afternoon.

Just before 3 p.m., Warren County firefighters responded to a structure fire in the 8100 block of Jeff Davis Road.

Fisher Ferry Engine 302, Chief Chuck Tate, Volunteer Firefighter Timothy Wood and other Warren County firefighters were the first to arrive on the scene and immediately started to run hoses to quench the flames.

Due to the remote location of the structure, other units were further out but were shortly joined by paramedics.

Initial coverage:

Initial reports indicated pets may have still been within the home but have not been confirmed. No one was reported as injured.

It is believed the blaze may have been related to an electrical issue. The cause of the fire will be under investigation.
