Firefighters make quick work of shed fire on Lee Circle

A shed near a wooden area in Warren County caught flames and triggered a large response by firefighters on Thursday.

At around 2:30 p.m., a structure fire was reported on Lee Circle. WC-41, Daniel Thomas, Bovina Firefighter McKinley Skipper, unit 207 with Culkin, Engines 302 and 303 from Fisher Ferry and Northeast were among the firefighter units to respond, joined by units with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Upon arrival, units observed the shed aflame near a wooded area, spreading into the tree line.

The flames were quickly extinguished before spreading uncontrollably. There were no reports of injuries.
