Fisher Ferry volunteers save apartments

“This could  have been very bad,” Jerry Briggs, Warren County Fire Coordinator said.

Thanks to the rapid response and skill of the volunteers with the Fisher Ferry Volunteer Fire Department, damage was limited to the kitchen of a single unit at the Ridgeway Townhouse Apartments on Fisher Ferry.

Fisher Ferry Volunteer Firefighters stage down after extinguishing what could have been a disaster. Thanks to their skill and quick response there were no injuries and the fire was extinguished quickly. Volunteer Joseph Stubbs was first on scene.
