Flames rekindled on Jeff Davis Road

A Warren County home that was lost to fire overnight rekindled flames Wednesday afternoon.

At around 1:30 a.m., units from Fisher Ferry and Letourneau, backed up by Culkin and Bovina, arrived at the 8000 block of Jeff Davis Road in reference to a structure fire call.

Firefighters arrived to find the structure was 50% involved. Two vehicles and a detached carport were also observed to be engulfed in flames.

At approximately 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Fisher Ferry Fire Department was notified the fire began to flare up once more.

First Responders have the situation under control and have doused the visible flames with water.
