Fourth suspect arrested in Port Gibson murder case
A fourth murder suspect has been arrested in the death of Carl McDaniel, of Port Gibson.
The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation along with U.S. Marshals arrested Jamarrious Hamilton, of Port Gibson. Hamilton will be transfered to the Claiborne County Jail. Three other suspects were arrested last year and charged with murder, including McDaniel’s wife, Natasha McDaniel. Robert Mays and Justin Bailey were also charged with murder.
Claiborne County Sheriff Edward Goods expressed thanked MBI and the U.S. Marshals, and Port Gibson Police Chief Russell Dorsey for their assistance.

U.S. Marshal’s Statement:
“On Thursday, May 30th, the U.S. Marshals arrested Jamarrious Hamilton in connection to the death of Carl McDaniel. Due to this being an open and ongoing investigation, no further comment will be made at this time.”
