Freedom Convoy to pass through Vicksburg

The truckers in the Freedom Convoy will be passing through Vicksburg on March 2, around 7:30 p.m.

Several different groups have said they will be near the Interstate around the time the truckers are passing through the area.

The Freedom Convoy is an offshoot of the truckers convoy in Canada that drew a tremendous amount of press over the past month. They are protesting vaccine mandates and what they feel are government intrusions into their rights.

If you choose to line the highway or overpasses to show your support for the convoy, please keep safety as a paramount concern.
